Tassie Fine Foods is a food service company that proudly supply wholesale packaged meat to many of Melbourne's leading restaurants, hotels, and food establishments.

Established at our new facility in Pakenham, we are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable person with strong Administration skills plus Payroll to join our team. 

Requirements:

• Accounts Payable - you will be in charge from invoice review, data entry into MYOB, reconciliation of all invoices to customer statements, to final payment of invoices. 
• Weekly cashflow forecasting based on revenues to debt, expenses and payables requirements.
• Office Administration - working closely with all levels of the company to ensure all targets and requirements are met.  Preparation of weekly reports as required by management. Other jobs as directed by management.
• Payroll - registering employees into our timecard system, producing weekly timesheets in conjunction with shift supervisors and finally preparing weekly payroll from MYOB Timesheets in adherence to awards.

Some accounts receivable work will be included.

Essential Skills

• MYOB to a high level of all modules including Payroll and Timesheets (candidates will be tested on their MYOB knowledge during the interview process)
• MS Office Suite with a focus on excel formulas for reports.
• Data Entry with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Various administrative and support duties.
• Working closely with management and the accounts team.
