Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer for an established Investment company with a focus on investment and property based asset revenue
Working within a new finance team, this role will require the successful candidate to work in a high volume and complex setting with outside of the normal revenue streams.
This role is suited towards an aspiring finance professional with 1-2 years of Accounts Receivable, however proven end-to-end Accounts Receivable experience with Dynamics or a large-scale ERP system and the ability to meet month end deadlines will also give the successful candidate the upper hand.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your duties will include:
- Invoicing
- Receipting
- Reconciliations
- Trust accounting
- Journal entries and month end
- Financial Reporting
- Data Entry / Administration
- High volume collections
- Customer query resolution
- Inbox Management
Your Profile
To be successful you will have proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
- Confident in processing end-to-end Accounts receivable duties
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Microsoft Dynamics or other large scale ERP system experience
- Excellent Organisational Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team or independently
The successful candidate will be immediately available.
