Based at our Brendale offices and reporting to the Commercial and Accounts Administrator, this part-time role will be responsible for assisting with accurate and timely accounts and administrative support.
Ideally we see this part-time role being 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, 5 days per week). However there is flexibility for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data entry of purchase orders and cost-coding
- Assisting with processing & compiling of delivery dockets, invoices, etc.
- Using cost management software and the accurate input of data
- Collaborate with colleagues on ad hoc projects, providing administrative support as required
What you need to Succeed:
- High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A positive and proactive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Previous experience using online accounting software and/or project management software (Uniphi is beneficial but not essential)
