Role Overview:
We're seeking an Administrative Assistant who shares our passion for music and entertainment, someone who's ready to grow with us and contribute to our mission of redefining live entertainment standards. This role is not just about administrative tasks; it's about being part of a team that's on a mission to bridge the gap between world-class talent and premier clients through modern scouting and selection, blending tradition with innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Assist with managing emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records, utilising tools like Airtable for data organisation.
- Support team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Be willing to learn and assist with basic accounting tasks, including inputting bills into our accounting software, specifically Xero.
- Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties as required.
Requirements:
- Exceptional skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Familiarity with or the ability to quickly learn software applications like Airtable for data management and Xero for accounting purposes.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Can-do attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- A keen interest in being part of a founding team and growing within the company.
- Basic understanding of data management. Any prior experience with Airtable or Xero is a big plus, but not crucial, as training will be provided.
