Role Purpose
Join us as an Admin Officer, where your exceptional organisational skills will shine in maintaining employee data, overseeing onboarding processes, and seamlessly handling various administrative duties. Thrive in a dynamic environment, contributing to high-performance standards while ensuring cost-effectiveness and safety within our baggage handling department.
What you will be doing
- Maintain employee payroll data and employee files, including absenteeism calendars and rosters.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, such as collecting payroll documents and ordering uniforms.
- Oversee general uniform accountability, including stock records and issuance to staff.
- Handle ordering and stocktaking of stationary and manage petty cash.
- Administer Workers' compensation, ensuring timely documentation and submission.
- Undertake general office administration duties, such as maintaining sign-on sheets and filing documents and paperwork.
- Address and resolve pay queries for staff in a timely manner, whilst upholding confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Operations Manager.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
- Able to cope with high demand and pressure.
- Analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.

- Advanced computer and administrative skills.
- Demonstrate confidentiality to the company and management team.
- Hold and maintain valid ASIC
