The team at Totally Flooring Gold Coast are looking for an amazing Administration and Accounts team member.
Totally Flooring is a family run, owned and operated business. We cover all flooring and window furnishings and provide support to our customers from start to finish.
We are looking for someone with experience in Xero, accounts, invoicing and general administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is passionate to be part of a growing company and the many opportunities that working in Totally Flooring provides.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Using Xero accounting system to:
- Enter invoices
- Order product and assisting with arranging freight and couriers
- Entering bills
- Following up on outstanding accounts - Liaising with sales team
- Communicating with suppliers and manufacturers
- Providing assistance and support to the Director
- Utilising Microsoft applications
- Experience in accounting highly desirable
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Highly organised
- Great attention to details
- Self motivated, positive attitude and a team player
- Friendly and professional customer service skills
- High computer literacy
- Familiarity with Administration and experience will be essential
- Experience in accounting highly desirable (BAS, Reconciling, Wages)
- Ability to work in busy office environment
