About The Role: Salvos Stores are looking for motivated Administration Assistant to join our retail support team at our new Carole Park multisite facility. Come join our team as an Administration Assistant - Clerical Level 3 and play an essential role in supporting the Salvos Stores retail team, undertaking a diverse range of admin tasks, where no two days will be the same.
We’re looking for someone excited about retail, experienced in Administration and is passionate about helping others. Kickstart your career today and apply for an organisation like no other. Key responsibilities: Perform general administrative and clerical activities.
Assist with data input and management and record keeping as required by salvos stores. Assist store and area managers with general enquiries and business functions, and liaise between different parties within salvos stores and the broader organisation. Manage ordering processes for items in line with current Salvation Army protocols.
Support the production of a wide range of documents and media content as required by salvos stores. About You: Prior administrative experience or qualifications highly regarded.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Strong computer and analytical skills with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and action them effectively.
