We're looking for an inspiring and energetic Admin Assistant to join our Service Team in a key role based in Clayton.
Reporting to our Commercial Service Manager, you'll work as part of a team to deliver reliable, high-quality and proactive service to clients, focusing on supporting service orders, delivery schedules and enquires.
Responsibilities:
- Handling enquiries from clients;
- Arranging service dates for clients;
- Organising quotes and ordering parts from suppliers from across Australia; and
- Liaising with Service Technicians;
About You:
- You're proactive, organised and flexible;
- You have high level customer service skills;
- You’re an excellent communicator;
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- You're able to build strong working relationships; and
- You're a great team player.
Your experience:
- Customer service experience within a call centre or customer service role, ideally within a trade based environment;
- You’ve had experience working in a fast-paced environment and flourishing when the pressure is on; and
- Whilst not essential, exposure to the HVAC industry would be highly regarded.
Your qualifications:
- Proficient in using office software, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Year 12 preferred
