About the role
The Office Administration position is an entry-level position instrumental in facilitating services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). It provides hands-on leadership to support people in achieving their goals.
This position is the crucial link between the team responsible for the design and delivery of services and the supervisor responsible for developing and delivering our services.
Here is a bit more about your role as a CHG Administrator:

Please note: You will be required to assist with after-hours and Weekends on a rotating roster (if required).
Duties and responsibilities
- Provide quality customer service for all clients including answering telephone enquiries
- Supporting their Case Managers
- All required administrative functions including quotes, renewals, scanning, filing, maintaining all databases
- Creating documentation such as Progress Reports, Participant Risk Assessment and Environment Risk Assessment
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
- Ensuring employees complete the organisational induction and training process.
- Ensuring all new applicants and existing employees paperwork is complete and up to date – particularly regarding the expiration of documentation, licenses, and other qualifications.
- Overseeing the hiring process includes; coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks, and any other hiring processes your employer may request.
- To participate in after-hours and weekend support to the clients and support workers.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relative administration experience
- Experience in Support work
- Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva, Gmail
- Well organised, with demonstrated ability to work independently and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and the ability to be a team player with a professional attitude.
- NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
- Current open Australian Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance and the willingness to use your own vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across different functions within the organisation.
- Strong personal commitment to working in a fit for purpose organisation.
- Flexible, dynamic, and engaging with strong interpersonal skills.
