Endless Belt is a market leader in the supply of conveyor belting services for industrial applications in NSW. Established in 1982, we are seeking an enthusiastic and positive receptionist / Administration Assistant to join the team at our Kingswood office.
The main responsibilities of the role will be:
- Accounts Payable & Receivable duties
- Managing incoming calls and taking accurate messages
- Data entry and verification of accuracy in data
- Debt Collection
- Monitoring and responding to emails
- General Administration duties as required
- Process Invoices using MYOB accounting software
- Process EFTPOS Payments
- Maintain company database
- Assist Directors & Sales team
Experience is not necessary for this role. The right candidate will have -
- Excellent verbal communication skills, including active listening and an excellent telephone manner
- Good organisation skills, including the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Ability to problem solve
- Demonstrate initiative
- Attention to detail
- Work well in either a team or independently
- General computer literacy
- Be reliable, enthusiastic and punctual
