The Position
As an Administrative Assistant (or internally referred to as Assistant Community Manager) you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of strata properties. Responsibilities for this role include ensuring compliance with regulations, providing outstanding customer service, and offering support to the Strata Manager. Other key responsibilities include:
- Managing a substantial volume of emails and phone calls on a daily basis
- Attending meetings and diligently recording minutes
- Creating comprehensive documentation, including correspondence, meeting agendas, and minutes
- Ensuring timely adherence to meeting timelines
- Efficiently managing diaries and schedules
- Establishing strong client relationships and collaborating closely with committees
- Maintaining meticulous and current records, including strata bylaws, financial documents, and correspondence
- Responding to inquiries and offering well-informed advice
- Handling correspondence and facilitating dispute resolution
- Staying up to date with relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and provide knowledgeable guidance to clients.
