Carplance Brisbane has a rewarding opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our vibrant collaborative team.

As an Administration Assistant your main focus is to maintain and process all administration for new and pre-owned vehicles for the dealership.  This position will see you utilise your excellent communication skills when liaising with managers, customers and manufacturers.  

ROLE

  • Deal Processing for New and Used Vehicles
  • Experience in Vehicle Stock Control and preparation of deliveries
  • Vehicle licensing and Deal Costings
  • Archive and File Paperwork
  • Various Ad Hoc Administrative Duties

YOU

  • Excellent keyboard skills with strong attention to detail & accuracy.
  • Autonomous & diligent with ability to take full ownership & accountability for your workload.
  • A fast learner, conscientious with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to multi-task and work to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communications skills orally & written
  • Self-motivated and task driven.
  • Demonstrate a consistently pro-active approach and pleasant demeanour.
  • Be punctual, reliable adaptable & flexible.
  • Previous Admin Experience in a Dealership Environment is Advantageous
