Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating travel and accommodation requirements.
Create and format contract documents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Coordinate meeting room schedules, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Manage and organise reports, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
Maintain office registers - pool car, IT, equipment
Assist with the preparation of meetings - preparing agendas, organising catering, document preparation
Liaise with office suppliers and contractors
Participate in the ongoing planning, development and implementation office procedures
Update and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
Coordinate events and undertake tasks such as organising catering and supplies.
Skills and Experience required:
You have a strong initiative to work proactively, and problem solve
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a commercial environment
You have a professional attitude and an energetic and proactive approach to the work you do. You are a self starter who excels in an environment that is about high quality work and performance
Immaculate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of work
Ample ability to professionally liaise with stakeholders and other staff to ensure a seamless workflow
