Role OverviewAs a Client and Administration Assistant at Wildtrail Caravan, be responsible for:
- Managing incoming phone calls and directing them appropriately.
- Providing administrative support to our sales team and office staff.
- Organising and maintaining filing systems for sales documents and customer records.
- Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating orders for office supplies.
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and coordinating customer visits.
- Welcoming and providing assistance to visitors, including sign-in procedures and hospitality.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assisting with basic office maintenance tasks as needed.
- Providing warranty support to customers, including processing claims and coordinating repairs.
- Conducting pre-handover checks and ensuring caravans are cleaned and prepared for customer delivery.
- Work out of our Campbellfield site once per month. This requires own ability to travel and carry out usual work hours at Campbellfield site.
Your role will be dynamic and multifaceted, allowing you to contribute to various aspects of our sales and customer service operations while ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from initial inquiry to post-purchase support.
Position RequirementsTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within the automotive, recreational vehicle, or high-end retail industry.
- A genuine passion for caravanning, camping, and outdoor adventures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.
- Valid driver's license.
