About the Role
Our client is seeking a part time Administration Assistant to join their team. The hours will be mutually agreed with the suitable candidate and will be between 25 - 30 hours per week.
You will be supported by a close-knit, high-performing team, and have opportunities to refine your skills and expertise in this role, creating a positive environment for career growth. In this role you will be responsible for:
- ASIC compliance
- Handling proposals
- Invoicing through Xero
- Collations
- Reception tasks including answering calls and greeting customers
- Database management
- General ADHOC admin tasks as requested
To be considered, you will be committed to fulfilling the role to the highest of your ability and willingness to contribute to a small yet efficient team. You will be comfortable wearing many hats, pride yourself on your punctuality and reliability, and your ability to self-motivate is crucial.
- Demonstrated recent experience within a similar role, ideally within a professional services firm
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strong ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to be a committed team member
