An excellent opportunity has become available for a switched on and motivated individual to assist with administrational support to our team, and work closely with the Accounting Director as a personal assistant.
Conveniently located in the Melbourne CBD, the role will include:
- PA support to the Accounting Director
- Assistance with Invoicing, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Management of the Director's calendar and emails
- Data entry
- Assisting with client queries
- Handling of mail and correspondence
- Assisting in managing team workflows
- General Admin support
Skills and requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to work to deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Good computer skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and organised
