About the business/role
As an Administrator within the Priority Life team, your role is focused on administration processes and tasks to provide a level of service that exceeds client expectations.
About the role
- Maintain accurate and timely records across XPLAN, shared folders and internal reporting, including updating existing client policy details as they renew.
- Manage insurance policy retention when payment issues arise; liaise with Advisers, insurers and clients.
- Assist team members with ad hoc client administration queries
- Assist team members with advice related administration duties as required.
- Answer client queries via all communication channels.
About you
All-rounder who is able to work on high volumes of tasks between various Advisers and clients.
Ability to prioritise tasks and complete them in an efficient and timely manner.
Excellent communicator both written and verbal, to liaise with Advisers, clients, and external parties.
Capacity to work across XPLAN, shared folders and insurance provider portals
Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn and strong work ethic.
