Duties include:
- Efficient and accurate data entry of stock into the system
- Producing delivery dockets
- Sending out order confirmations
- Organising freight consignments
- Communication with customers, suppliers and wider team
- Quality control - inventory
- Fulfilling orders
- Despatch
- Stock take
- Ensuring exceptional levels of customer service
About you:
- Demonstrated production administration experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- *High level attention to detail a must*
- Accurate data entry skills
- Professional telephone manner
- A quick learner
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Well presented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Advanced MYOB software experience
- 100% Reliable and punctual
- Willing to commit
- Driver’s licence/car
This role is ongoing with the view to go permanent.
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 8.00am – 4.00pm
Hourly Rate: $32 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)
