Your main duties will encompass:

  • Handling general administrative tasks such as reception duties, filing, banking, mail management, and correspondence oversight. 
  • Assisting in scheduling appointments, meetings, and making travel arrangements for team members. 
  • Monitoring and managing the inventory of office supplies, ensuring adequate stocking of essentials. 
  • Coordinating office staff amenities and lunches and contributing to event coordination efforts. 
  • Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises, coordinating repair and maintenance services, and addressing onsite security needs. 
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including purchase orders and other data entry tasks, and maintenance of registers.
  • Providing comprehensive support to the team and addressing ad hoc requirements as they arise.
