Our client is one of the largest councils in Australia, which provides community services and facilities for a growing population. They are looking to engage an Administration officer for the Corporate Customer Experience team. This is a temporary contract and the role is based in the south of Brisbane.
Your new role
- Produce, on request, letters, reports, minutes of meetings, and any other documents as directed
- Provide high quality internal and external customer service via personal contact or via the telephone
- Make appointments and meeting times for staff
- Management and maintenance of the Corporate Customer Experience intranet page and appropriate publishing of documentation/information
- Process online registrations
- Complete the monthly customer satisfaction surveys
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy work environment
- Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures, as well as demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to adapt to new software applications.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- A high degree of literacy and numeracy is essential, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- Basic organisational skills with an ability, under direction, to prioritise activities to meet deadlines
