Based at our Naval Base operations in Perth this is a permanent part-time role that reports to our Fleet Manager. This role will see you provide administrative support for our WA hire team. On a daily basis you will have the opportunity to work with a range of internal stakeholders as well as customers to assist with the hire of our modular buildings across the region. Other key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with transport requirements for products
- Managing client payments
- Coordinating administrative tasks for modular building hires
- Efficiently managing queries from employees and customers
We are looking to hear from candidates with first class communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks. Previous experience in an administrative role, possibly within the building, construction, or resources industries will be highly regarded. If you are new to the world of Modular Buildings that's great! We have plenty of passionate people in Ausco to help get you up to speed. Other desired skills and experience include:
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.
- Strong time management, organisational and planning skills to be able to meet tight time frames.
- Excellent attention to detail and have a solutions focused attitude.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
