What we are looking for:
We are looking for an exceptional Administration Officer to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will show initiative, have knowledge of administrative functions, and work well both autonomously and with the administration team to ensure the successful running of the office. A background in the legal industry is not required.
Key tasks will include:
- Data entry
- Ordering of supplies
- Assisting with onboarding of employees
- Answering emails and assisting with enquiries
- General ad-hoc administration tasks
- Upkeep of the office environment
