Hourly Rate: $34.69 per hour (plus 25% casual loading)

We are currently seeking experienced Administration Officers to work casually across various departments at Council. These are diverse roles where applicants will provide prompt and efficient administrative support to a high standard. Applicants will need to be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. A high standard of work, accuracy and attention to detail is required.

Applicants will need to be committed, reliable and capable of doing the inherent requirements of the position, along with a current Victorian drivers licence.

The role requires working autonomously and in a team environment. The applicants will have strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads.

Note:  This position is subject to a 6 month qualifying period in accordance with the Fair Work Australia minimum employment period.  During the qualifying period employees will be provided with appropriate on-going induction, support, assistance, resources and training to enable them to meet the required performance standards for the position.
