We manufacture and sell Straddle Carriers. Our overriding purpose is to give our clients value by selling a high-quality products both within Australia and overseas. We have a small but energetic and positive Management Team who like to challenge each other to bring out the best in everyone.
Qualifications & experience
- 5+ Years of experience in a similar position. Good understanding of accounting principles. Excellent Excel skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge and proficient with MYOB.
Tasks & responsibilities
- The Administrator will assist our Administration Manager with the day to day administration of our company.
- It includes reconciliation of credit cards (we have quite a few), doing wages when needed, entering supplier invoices, preparing client invoices, preparing end of month and mid-month payables, inventory adjustments etc.
- General task to keep the office functioning, such as upkeep of stationary, keeping our kitchenette tidy etc.
- Helping staff with travel arrangements, ordering staff uniforms
- Assisting the CEO and other Managers with any tasks they need done
As you note, this person will needs organizing and good time management skills. It is a busy job, with enough challenges and not much time to be bored! If you are up to the challenge, send us your CV!
