This temporary vacancy is open to Expressions of Interest and any extensions to this appointment will not exceed 12 months.

About us:

Capalaba State College offers education from Prep to Year 12 ensuring continuity through all phases of learning. We strive to support and encourage every individual student to reach their potential and feel a sense of belonging and pride in all that they do.

Your role:

As an Administrative Officer AO3 you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing relevant and timely administrative support to the Principal, Business Manager, staff, students and community. The successful applicant will join our College Administration Team in a busy and supportive environment to improve learning outcomes for students from Prep to Year 12.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support
  • Student and Customer Service
  • Reception duties including telephone and counter enquiries
  • Arranging appointments and diary management for the Principals
  • Correspondence - inwards and outgoing
  • Maintain school records
  • Filing
  • Key and facility management
  • Other duties as directed by the Administration and Leadership Team
  • Relief work in student services and Daymap roles

Our ideal candidate wiould possess:

  • Experience in One School and Day Map will be desirable.
