About the Role
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assistance to IR Administrator and admin support Middle School (Years 9-10) - data entry, claims, contact with relief staff.
* Assist Years 9-10 enrolments.
* Communicating effectively and displaying high level interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.
* Maintaining anecdotal records.
* Display confidentiality, respect, tact, reliability and sensitivity to students and their families.
* Clerical assistance duties at a very high standard including OneSchool data entry, telephone and filing.
* Assistance with various school events/ceremonies.
* QParents process.
* Data entry Daymap.
