Evolution is looking for an experienced Administration Officer to assist in the coordination of our Perth Traffic Depot, must have great customer service skills, be computer literate and work well in a team.
YOUR ROLE is key to our success, and responsible for providing administration supporting to the Perth Operations team/Depot.
Strong attention to detail is required and training is provided. This can be a busy job so we require someone who is calm, and process driven with strong multi-tasking skills.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract, 4 hours per day, weekdays, Monday to Friday.
KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS
- Strong customer service skills and professional phone manner,
- Ability to multitask and a strong attention to detail.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Data Entry
- Invoicing and Credit Card Payment Processes
- Experience in Microsoft Office Products (Word Excel, Outlook),
- Experience within Traffic Industry is desirable (not essential)
