The role
Reporting to the Manager, Capital Budgets and Financial Services Team. You wil provide effective administrative and business support to Team Members.
You will provide administrative services to fulfil the needs of the team, maintaining a central email account, communicating requirements of the system and broader capital financial information to users and resolve any outstanding issues efficiently.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
- Proven experience, skills and knowledge of departmental capital finance and reporting requirements and the ability to extract, collate and interpret information and to prepare and present financial reports using the data.
- Demonstrated best practice use of established computer systems including S4/HANA master data, spreadsheet, word process and database applications to ensure the successful delivery of effective financial management outcomes for Capital and Asset Services.
- Ability to resolve problems and work autonomously to achieve organisational goals.
- Highly developed interpersonal, consultation and other communication skills, particularly tact, discretion, sensitivity, confidentiality and an ability to communicate and work with senior management and staff alike.
