THE COMPANY
This organisation run a high functioning team, working on huge projects with well known brands across Victoria.
They offer a flexible, hybrid working model once the initial training period has been completed in their Collingwood office. Once this is done, move to one-day from home, then two, then to alternating weeks of 2 days and 3 days per week from home.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be part of an established Service Delivery Team.
- Collaborate with one of the most supportive and engaging teams in the industry.
- Learn a new set of skills, lead by a knowledgeable and energetic Director.
- Start out in support, guiding clients as needed over the phone, email and face to face.
- Process data and run reports.
- Planning, coordination and daily job management of client projects.
- Support and assist the team across various daily tasks.
- Consciously develop specific skills over time.
- Leverage your strong interpersonal, organisational and analytical skills to build great relationships with various external stakeholders.
- Be accountable for assigned projects.
