We are seeking for an Admin Assistant to join the Reymond Gitan Group (Bistro Gitan, L’Hotel Gitan and Frederic Bar and Bistro.
Working in our Prahran office, the successful applicant will be responsible for managing incoming bookings, assisting our management team and providing general day-to-day administration support for three venues.
The role incorporates a variety of tasks including but not limited to the following key responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and handling general inquiries
- Creating bookings
- Preparing reports
- Managing office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Photocopying, scanning, filling documents
- Providing administrative support to Management and various staff
- Designing menus, flyers, marketing material
What we are looking for:
- Good computer skills and knowledge of InDesign
- Must have hospitality experience
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills with a strong grasp of the English language
- Familiar with restaurant reservation system (Now Book It)
- An interest in expanding the role further into functions and events
- A genuine enjoyment of hospitality and customer service
- The ability to work autonomously
- Be reliable, focused and open to learning
