Role Description/Criteria
Administrative Assistant
Aquinas College wishes to employ an enthusiastic, suitably qualified Administration Assistant to support Deputy Principal as required & to provide day to day administration support to the Campus Coordination Team.
This is a Full time fixed term position - July 2024 to January 2026 (with possibility of ongoing). The role is Category B, Level (subject to experience), Education Support Employee (CEMEA 2022).

The successful applicant:
- will possess well developed administrative skills
- will possess the ability to prioritise and work in a flexible school environment
- will display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to students and staff alike
- will be reliable, well organised and able to maintain confidentiality
- will have experience with Google Applications, MSWord, Excel, Email, PowerPoint etc.
- will have a demonstrated commitment to Catholic education and to the safety and wellbeing of children
- Will have relevant permissions to work in Australia
- will have a current Working With Children Check and Victorian Police Check
