Kyabram Cold Storage is an Australian owned company established in 1984. Today Kyabram Cold Storage is situated on two sites in Kyabram and Merrigum with 60 cool rooms and a capacity of 50,000 units. The company sits in the top 3 storage and logistical providers in Regional Victoria and has a team of 37 employees. As we continue to invest in and grow the business, we are looking for a reliable and experienced Administration assistant. This is a casual position with full-time hours that could lead to a full-time career for the right candidate.
General duties include:
Courteous and efficient telephone manners.
Assisting with general enquiries.
Data entry and typing.
Completion of client paperwork.
Printing reports as required.
Stocktaking inventory as required.
Filing.
Picking orders as received in a timely manner.
Answer telephone calls and maintain reception area.
Knowledge & Skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft office package including Word and Excel.
Pleasant and courteous telephone manner.
General understanding of inventory control.
Working Conditions
1. Work is performed in the administration building across both our Kyabram and Merrigum Sites.
2. Some work may be required in the temperature-controlled environment ranging from -18oC to + 33oC.
3. Expected working hours are between 7.00am to 5.00pm, however these hours are subject to change when we are required to meet the demands of our customers.
