Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing efficient administrative support to various departments within the organisation. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Help Coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled effectively.         
  • Send pre written Sales Emails to potential new clients.
  • Communication and Correspondence:
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, mail and walk ins
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and other documents when needed.
  • Documentation and Filing:
  • Establish and maintain an efficient filing system for both digital and physical documents.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Project Assistance:
  • New Job Input, into Company created System
  • Provide administrative support for various projects, including coordination of project meetings, documentation, and follow-up 
  • Customer Relationships:
  • Follow Up on recent completed Quotes
  • Friendly Face at Reception and navigate Customer to relevant locations
  • Follow up on completed jobs for customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration is a bonus but not required
