National PEKE Centre provides customised support across a lifespan from diagnosis to strength-based therapies and family supports. We specialise in autism, ADHD, anxiety, sensory challenges, and regulation support. We celebrate people for their neurodiversity. An exciting opportunity has risen within our company for an experienced Administrator to join an innovative, multidisciplinary practice on a contactual basis.
We have a growing caseload of preschool and school aged clients who have support needs and are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Administrator to support our growing team of health professionals.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Fielding telephone calls
- Chasing outstanding invoices
- Managing the therapists client diaries
- Send out invoices
- Managing the waitlist and intake for new clients
- Checking that all invoices going out
To excel in this position, you will have the following skills:
- Proactive and hard working
- Ability to discuss finances with clients
- Efficient in Halaxy (not essential)
- Be able to work in a collaborative team environment
- Highly motivated and positive
- Happy to tackle difficult tasks
- Medical/allied health administration experience would be good but not essential
The successful candidate will work alongside another Administrator as well as a small, committed team of people at our clinic in Wyndham Vale. Your days of work will be Tuesday to Thursday, 8am - 4pm. You will receive a competitive above award salary package, as well as continued support which will be available from our two Directors and the team. Please note that this role is a maternity leave cover position, and the contract will end upon the permanent employee returning.
