About the role:
We are looking for a self-motivated Administrator to join our dynamic and growing business.
The Administrator will be responsible for assisting the project and procurement team in setting up projects for site execution along with administering purchase order requests during construction phase.
Ongoing training and upskilling is included in this position for the right candidate.
Specific Tasks:
- Administering and populating the Built MG app with data and documentation supplied by the Contract and Project Administrators.
- Administering purchase order requests during construction phase for project management approvals.
- Data entry of new project information as contracts land
- Populate service connection forms in readiness for activation.
- Answer phone calls when office manager is not present.
- Monitor procurement emails and respond to queries.
- Assist site team in council notifications as they arise.
General Tasks:
- Ability to liaise with clients, suppliers and trades as required.
- Facilitate ad hoc administrative tasks as they arise to support the business in general.
- Ability to use social media to post and promote the business with photos and data by others.
Key Skills:
- Experience in administration preferably in the build and construction industry (Preferred but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Professional in your communication
- Excellent MS Office knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
