This Vibrant and Dynamic Accounting Firm is located in the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a full-time Administrator / Receptionist to join their friendly team.
The company is a leading accounting practice that is committed to providing exceptional accounting and specialist business advisory services to their clients.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Office Manager, your duties will include, but not limited too:
- Maintaining reception area and meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner
- Answering phones in a professional and friendly manner
- Client liaising and assisting with queries over the phone and email
- Scheduling calendars and diary management
- Collating financial packs for the accountants and managers
- Processing payments when required
- Data management via ASIC / ATO portal
- Banking / post office errands when required
- Scheduling and booking meeting rooms
- Assisting with adhoc administrative duties as required
- At least 1+ years working for a professional services firm in a similar role
- Professional and polished presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Techy savvy and able to adapt to new systems
- Strong attention to detail
