Employment Type: Ongoing part-time 60 hours per fortnight

Role description
Are you a highly motivated Registered Nurse ready to undertake this key leadership role? The After-Hours Manager is a pivotal member of the health care team providing After Hours leadership and management of the nursing team and hospital. You will be required to work at both Dhelkaya Health campuses in Castlemaine and Maldon.
As the After-Hours Manager your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that holistic clinical care is delivered at the highest possible standard
Ensuring that all areas are staffed appropriately
Providing leadership and management of clinical staff
Supervise safe, quality care that meets current best practice standards for patients and staff
Applying sound decision-making skills to make effective use of all resources
Oversee the safety of all patients and staff
About you
Registered Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
Recent management experience at ANUM level or higher
Demonstrated experience with the coordination and allocation of staff
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
People leadership skills including mentorship and coaching of team members
High degree of computer literacy including MS Office
