About the role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for oversight of the Head Office administration, reporting data within timeframes and quality standards, and providing administrative assistance as needed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing Head Office Administration functions, processes and staff ensuring that the HO runs smoothly
- Actioning correspondence, emails and enquiries as required.
- Overseeing and undertaking various higher education, VET and international education administration and data reporting processes, including governmental and regulatory reporting.
- Providing administrative support to CEO as needed from time to time.
- Providing organisational support for social events, staff initiatives and travel bookings.
- Training administration staff in new and continuing products, services and administration processes.
- Liaising with various service providers as needed
Selection Criteria
- A relevant business or administration qualification
- Ability to work autonomously and show a high level of planning, communication, and organisational skills
- At least 5 years' experience in administrative roles including of a supervisory nature
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge, particularly in Microsoft Office; Previous experience in Student Management Systems is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and supervise administrative functions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to liaise and collaborate with others
- Demonstrated proactiveness and problem-solving ability
