PERSOLKELLY is currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our esteemed government client as an AO3 Leasing Administration Officer. Key Requirements: Beginning knowledge of the commercial property sector. Proficiency in Excel. A degree in Property Economics is preferred (though not essential, it would be a significant advantage). Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to: Filing documents related to leasing activities. Printing necessary materials for lease management. Preparing documents for Lease Managers. Assisting Lease Managers with maintenance tasks. Supporting Lease Managers with invoicing processes. Qualifications and Skills: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
