We are currently seeking an Area Business Manager (ABM) to join our team in Queensland. The ABM will play a pivotal role in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and maintaining operational excellence across both outlets in QLD. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual with a strong background in retail management and a keen eye for menswear fashion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team of retail professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience
Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards in line with M J Bale brand guidelines
Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to maximise profitability
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling
Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, providing coaching and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering personalized styling advice and building brand loyalty
Act as a brand ambassador, representing M J Bale with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising
Knowledge of menswear fashion trends and a genuine interest in the M J Bale brand
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings as required
