As an Assistant Accountant you will be working within the finance team. You will embark on an exciting journey of professional growth and development. This role is pivotal in ensuring the preparation of accurate and timely financial information, alongside managing various accounting and administrative tasks.

You will be immersed in a range of activities from day one, including:

• General ledger accounting, including review and maintenance of the balance sheet and ensuring processes are in place to record transactions in an accurate manner.
• High transactional role which may include the following:
• Monthly client invoicing.
• Various reconciliations.
• Payroll journals and reconciliation.
• Inventory journals.
• Resolving queries.
• Prepare monthly management reports.
• Month end close processes.
• Assisting account manager and senior management.
• Balance sheet account reconciliations.
• Support system and process improvement initiatives.
• Other ad-hoc business support and reporting as required.

• Have a good understanding of technology and eager to learn new systems.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and not afraid to tackle new challenges.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and eager to resolve queries.
• A collaborator with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Qualified or working towards CA/CPA.
• An individual who can work in a team environment, but also is confident to work autonomously.
• Computer Literate - Competent in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
