The Grain Emporium Wholesale is currently seeking an Assistant Administration/ Office Support officer to join our growing team.
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm
Our passion is Stone Baked Artisan breads, specialising in Sourdough and authentic European breads and pastries.
Applicants require to have the following:
- Answering the phone and customer service
- Calling and emailing customers about orders
- Entering customer orders, to be ready for the packing team
- Office and stock ordering and stock takes
- Labelling / Packaging and packing orders
- Organising daily delivery runs and dispatch
- Purchasing stock and goods receipt
- Stock management
- General office administration
Experience & Knowledge
- Understanding Quickbooks software - but not essential
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Power Point
- General office administration and customer service skills
Required qualities:
- Clear and fluent English
- Professional communication skills over the phone and email
- Great attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organised, with great time management skills
- Accurate -attention to detail
- Punctual and Reliable
Ongoing training provided. Must be able to show they can work in a team and time management is essential. Weekend availability is essential on occasion.
