The Opportunity
We have a rare opportunity for a passionate Assistant Property Manager to join the team at Cleanaway's Milton site. Reporting to the General Manager Property, you will be responsible for a range of property duties such as;
- Negotiate ongoing leasing arrangements with the relevant stakeholders
- Lease administration
- Maintain property database to ensure critical dates are met
- Arrange for timely execution of documents
- Provide assistance with rental & outgoings invoices
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to meet their needs
We are looking for highly motivated individual who has:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and prioritise multiple tasks
- Administration in legal and/or real estate experience would be an advantage
- 2-3 years' experience in an Assistant Property capacity
