A new full-time, permanent Bookkeeper is needed to replace a long-serving member of staff. This is an autonomous role, covering all accounts and payroll tasks within the company and liaising with suppliers, the external accountant, clients and a range of other stake holders.
The role will pay between $80,000 and $90,000 plus super (depending on skills and experience) Hours will generally be 8.30am to 4.30pm. Parking is provided plus the train station is nearby if preferred.
More Details of the role:
- A wide range of bookkeeping tasks from basic data entry through to reconciliations, cashflows, fortnightly payroll, accounts payable and receivable, bank account and credit card reconciliations, management of insurance claims, maintenance of depreciation schedule, preparation of BAS, FBT, monthly/annual reporting plus budgeting and reporting.
- Experience with Xero software is required and skills with MS Excel would also be important for success in this role. Exposure to a CRM program would also be valued but is not essential and training can be provided.
