Business Development Manager

Partnered Health are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager on a permanent full-time basis, who is looking for an exciting new opportunity to support continued business growth of our Allied Health division including Fuel Your Life and New View Psychology.
We are seeking a high performing Business Development Manager on a permanent full-time basis that aligns with our values, who has proven success within B2B professional services and developing lasting business relationships. You will work in collaboration with key internal stakeholders including supporting departments and operational leaders across the business, focusing on understanding existing needs and capitalizing on external opportunities to meet them.
The role will allow you to deliver profitable revenue opportunities for the business by promoting Fuel Your Life (dietetics) and New View Psychology (psychology and counselling) services to potential clients, collaborating with internal stakeholders such as Jobfit Health Group in leveraging existing client relationships, leading negotiations, managing existing service agreements and establishing corporate health offerings.
What the role involves:

• Generate business revenue and meet set KPI targets by identifying opportunities to sell services and corporate health offerings that lead to new clients and business.
• Develop strong relationships with new clients while maintaining those existing, including identifying opportunities for new service offerings that will lead to an increase in revenue.
• Maintain existing relationships with clients including renegotiating service agreements achieving the best financial and service outcomes for the business.
• Negotiate and renegotiate favorable agreements for services offered with new and existing clients.
• Create and execute on marketing and strategic planning in line with business objectives.
• Successfully source new business through tendering submissions.
• Understand Allied Health service provisions, related costs, delivery standards and market differentiators of each entity and effectively engage in marketing strategies to successfully create new business opportunities.
• Create new relationships through growing client portfolios across Fuel Your Life and New View Psychology, including identifying strategies for market entry into new areas.
• Proactively engaging in marketing and networking activities, creating a positive image of the business and service provisions offered not limited to cold calling, emailing, advertising, utilising social media and meeting with external clients

What we need from you:

• Demonstrable success in selling B2B professional services
• Tertiary qualification in health, business or marketing.
• Experience in healthcare (psychology and dietetics very desirable)
• Drive to create sales opportunities and to support the business in achieving set strategic and financial targets.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective interpersonal and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Previous experience in meeting revenue and budgetary KPI’s.
• Strong commercial awareness and business focus.
