Yokohama TWS are a global leader in the manufacture and supply of agricultural tyres and wheels, with operations in 40 countries, 16,500 employees and in excess of $3bn sales annually and are known for our premium tyre brands (Trelleborg & Mitas) within the agricultural sector. The company is currently going through an exciting growth phase as we expand our sales and distribution network across Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the Trelleborg Tyre brand; to identify and develop prospective customers; to retain and grow existing customer business in order to deliver budgeted sales and GP, while demonstrating persistence, resilience and outstanding customer relationship management.
Sales Planning & Delivery:
Develop regional sales strategies consistent with National sales plan and budgets
• Identify and acquire new customers
• Develop an understanding of and maintain effective relationships with regional accounts – retain and grow existing accounts
• Develop and maintain relationships with key end users
• Establish and maintain call cycles
• Coordinate, communicate and manage promotions and offers
• Achieve sales budgets top and bottom line
• Manage price/margin in consultation with National Sales Manager to achieve agreed margin/volume outcomes
Customer Service
Maintain strong customer relationships based on excellent service and professional technical solutions
• Identify, resolve or escalate customer queries, requests and issues
• Deal with warranty claims – initial enquiry receipt and appropriate escalation activities
• Maintain detailed knowledge and understanding of all products/brands
