The team are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our highly successful and dedicated team in the HVAC/Electrical/Technical Services industries based in Brisbane.
This is your opportunity to join our company where you will be responsible for building and developing relationships and identifying new markets and opportunities that diversify the business’s portfolio.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will possess Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Sales Management or Business Management together with.
- Previous experience as a successful Business Development Manager in Technical Services/heavy industry
- Detailed understanding of the commercial building and industrial services markets, customers, and competitor landscape
- Supported by our in-house Estimation team, ideal candidate will have the ability to price and assist in pricing Maintenance works across a range of Service lines.
- High-level customer service and focus, negotiation, communication & presentation skills proven ability to bring in new business and a positive can-do attitude.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills and able to communicate with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Commercial Contracts and ability to work within an agreed Commercial framework.
- Self-motivated and commitment to continuous improvement
