On site product engineers, technical service teams and a well drilled customer support function, ensure that not only their customers being well looked after, but you as a potential employee are constantly supported and up-skilled.
Products include a range of construction chemicals including waterproofing, high performance sealants and remedial solutions for commercial and civil assets.
The Opportunity.
With a focus on their concrete remediation product portfolio, you will be trained to become a product evangelist, adopting a highly solution sales approach.
You will develop sales strategies to expand the account portfolio, working with commercial contractors, commercial builders, and where necessary engage with engineers and architects.
This position is not only a sales role, but also an on-site support role, training and educating contractors to drive compliance and product adoption.
Working with an established team each with specialised roles, you’ll also have strong support as you develop rapport with your key customer relationships.
Your Experience.
- Sales experience with a supplier of the building and construction industry is essential
- On site construction experience is key to understanding how to engage key people
- Knowledge of concrete & ready-mix cement is preferential
