Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding my client's customer base.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets and customer segments for FRP materials.
- Develop and implement strategic Business Development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and developers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customize solutions and address customer needs effectively.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in sales and Business Development, preferably within the construction or manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of Fiber-Reinforced Polymer materials and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
