The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Field Sales Manager as part of a national team of dedicated BDMs, you will be required to manage relationships and grow Repco's "share of wallet" with a select group of high potential Automotive Workshop Customers. Your role will be to introduce them to the Repco "Whole of Workshop Solutions" concept, making Repco the first call provider to this market.
As a Repco BDM your duties will include (but not be limited to);
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders within the automotive workshop customer base to ensure opportunities are identified and acted upon
Structured and disciplined scheduled call cycle plan for all target accounts
Grow revenue by identifying opportunities and developing tailored solutions that meet customer's needs
Introduce the benefits of Repco's market leading online parts ordering system and ecommerce solutions
Liaise with the Capital Equipment team to maximize opportunity to sell workshop equipment products
Execute trade sales programs within the designated territory
Attend weekly/monthly sales meetings, industry events and product information sessions

To be considered for this opportunity, your history will demonstrate:
Experience as a sales professional, with strong communication and presentation skills
A proven track record selling services or products within the Automotive space including aftermarket products, OEM parts, accessories and/or equipment sales sector
Experience working for an automotive aftermarket supplier, auto dealership as either a Parts or Service Manager, or maybe an Aftermarket Consultant
The ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively across all levels to influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
Experience using CRM systems
An ability to devise, plan and drive major sales and marketing initiatives, and to negotiate and sell ideas internally and externally
Strong commercial acumen, numerical and interpersonal skills
